Sigma retains its qualified management team and augments its staff with careful identification of new personnel to take it through the new century. Sigma Contracting employed foreign-trained engineers and foremen to control and ensure the quality of its work.  The company expanded into manufacturing where it initiated steel, stainless steel, aluminum casting and woodworking workshops.
