This study showed that strong aromas lead to smaller bite sizes, which in turn, are linked to a feeling of fullness sooner than usual, and a subsequent reduction of 5% to 10% in food intake. Improve the smell of your favorite dish using strong aromas to avoid overeating and for a better portion control!http://www.flavourjournal.com/content/1/1/3See More
