Muay Thai Kick Boxing

I've been in Thailand for three and half weeks. I've found Muay Thai to be uplifting and very enjoyable. When I come back to Aus I'll try and find a Muay Thai club to join.I did one lesson and it blew me away. And watching the Championships in the Singha Battle for the Belts sealed it for me.Best thing about Muay Thai is the flexibility you get and how you use every part of your body in the fight.See More
